Skilling & Employability

SIF focuses on empowering individuals and communities, providing them with the required skill set, and providing them with the tools and resources they need to build their careers. the objective of this focus area is to skill youths and women in society, making them employable creating pathways out of poverty, and allowing them to lead dignified lives.

Our Intervention

We have transformed lives through our skilling and livelihood initiatives. Providing vocational training, workshops on Social Entrepreneurship, and tiny business support, we have witnessed incredible success stories of individuals who have turned their lives around.

Our Impact

  • 25+ youths are provided with Skill Development training on Basic Computer Applications, Digital Literacy & Coding
  • 100+ Women are provided with Tailoring machine training and facilitated to self-employment
  • 10+ youths are facilitated on Social Entrepreneurship and tiny business support
  • 50+ women have undergone Yarn weaving training and are self-employed
